Classes/WorkshopsStone teaches at The Crucible in Oakland, CA, where she is head of the enameling department. This year the department added new classes and new faculty. Stone's method of working is written up in 2 books:
AwardsStone is the recipient of the 2009 The Woodrow W. Carpenter Award from the Enamelist Society, which was established to honor those who are presently working to benefit the world of enameling. ExhibitionsStone's work will appear in Alchemy, the traveling exhibition sponsored by The Enamelist Society in 2011-2012. PublicationsOne of Stone's vessels is in Lark Book's 500 Enameled Objects. PressAn article about Stone and her work appeared in the British Society of Enamellers Summer '07 newsletter.
